Responsibilities- Run the day‑to‑day operations of the grooming business, keeping things smooth and organized.
- Ensure all grooming appointments are locked in and scheduled on time.
- Maintain all pet grooming tools in check and ready to go.
- Groom pets following the best practices while meeting each customer’s unique vibe and needs.
- Keep the grooming spot clean, safe, and hygienic for everyone—pets, staff, and customers.
- Handle general housekeeping to ensure the whole place is safe and sanitary.
- Monitor pet safety throughout the grooming process—no accidents on my watch.
