Overview

This role is expected to coordinate the execution and continued quality of the client's department processes, perform assigned duties including but not limited to telephonic online authorization of routine services, contacting specialty care providers, monitoring patient eligibility, and performing online data entry of routine authorizations/denials. The position involves inbound and outbound calls to patients.

Qualifications

• Graduate of any Allied Health Science Course (e.g., Nursing, Radtech, MedTech, Biology, Psychology, Nutrition & Dietetics)
• At least 6 months experience in a BPO setting, preferably in clinical research
• Preferably with at least 6 months clinical or hospital bedside care experience
• Ability to perform effectively in a fast‑paced environment
• Basic skills in MS Office and Windows based programs
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
