Job Description
About the Company: Delivers quality health care service within the provision of safe, effective, and quality pharmaceutical products and pharmaceutical care through timely and accurate preparation, basic compounding and dispensing of medications.
About the Role: Performs other related functions for more efficient and effective Pharmacy operations. Provides other pharmacy services in collaboration with other healthcare professionals, administrative staff, and support personnel.
Responsibilities:
Ensures the quality use of medicines by:
- Reading, validating, and interpreting prescriptions.
- Reviewing patient’s drug orders or prescription for appropriateness prior to dispensing.
- Preparing, labelling, and dispensing pharmaceutical products or drug preparations ordered by validly registered licensed physician.
