This is a part-time Pharmacist position for St. Mary's Hospital in Madison working a total of 24 hours per week.

**Work Schedule**

Variable shifts, including a mix of AM and PM hours. Hours range from 0630 to 2300. Every 3rd weekend rotation. No on-call requirement.

**A one-time sign on bonus (less taxes) may be available to qualified individuals with a 2 year service commitment.**

**Job Summary:**

Provides pharmaceutical care to patients, verifies medication orders, compounds and dispenses pharmaceuticals in accordance with federal, state and local regulations and hospital policy.
