Job Description

 Responsibilities 
Oversees 3rd party plan processing, trouble shooting, and reconciliation regarding online processing of pharmacy claims.
Oversees Pharmacy Management Software System at the Day Rd Pharmacy location.
Responsible for providing friendly and efficient pharmacy care to all customers.
Maintain a clean, neat, and orderly work area in order to maximize efficiency of the pharmacy, minimize errors,
and promote excellent service.
Manage medication therapy by checking patient therapy changes, medication gaps, completing medication review
with patients, and completing TIPs per insurance requests.
Partnering with the Population Health department on initiatives, insurance questions, etc.
Provides counsel to patients on prescription and non-prescription medications.
Provides drug information to physician offices via phone, fax, and email.
