Location: Hybrid and/or practice-based across the North West region, predominantly Merseyside, Lancashire and North Wales. Mix of home and client site working.

Salary: Up to £49,500 dependent on experience.

We are looking for a confident and motivated Clinical Pharmacist Prescriber (V300 essential) to join our growing team. In this role you will provide safe and effective prescribing within your scope of competence, deliver medicines optimisation and structured medication reviews in primary care, and act as the key point of contact for your allocated sites.
