Job Description
A travel pharmacist opportunity is available to support a community hospital with approximately 150 beds. This role offers a chance to work in a dynamic hospital setting where your expertise will directly impact patient care.
Location: Lewiston, ID
Job Type: Contract (13 weeks)
Start Date: Immediate availability preferred
Schedule:
- Variable days and afternoons
- 8-hour shifts preferred
- Potential flexibility for 7 on/7 off with 10-hour shifts
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct order verification ensuring accuracy and safety
- Supervise pharmacy technicians to maintain effective workflow
- Collaborate and consult with physicians regarding medication therapies
- Utilize pharmacokinetics knowledge to optimize patient medication plans
