Job Summary: 

The Pharmacist, Outpatient services the needs of the UVM health system ambulatory pharmacy patients. The pharmacist may work in one or more areas of the ambulatory pharmacy department, including but not limited to: Retail, Mail Order, Home Infusion, Call Center, Specialty Pharmacy, Travel Clinic, and Transitions of Care. The pharmacists will work with multidisciplinary teams to resolve medication related problems.
