Job Description
Our Client, a Healthcare company, is looking for a Pharmacist for their Apex, NC location. Responsibilities:
+ The Clinical Pharmacist at Client is responsible for managing home infusion therapies through a combination of clinical oversight, sterile compounding, and operational workflow support using CPR+.
+ This role includes reviewing referrals for appropriateness (drug, dose, route, labs), completing new patient starts and refills, performing medication reconciliation and patient counseling, monitoring lab-dependent therapies, and coordinating care with providers and nursing.
+ The pharmacist is also responsible for accurate prescription entry, documentation, and claim adjudication, as well as preparing and verifying sterile compounded medications, ensuring proper labeling, lot tracking, and compliance with USP standards.
