Summary The VA Sierra Nevada Health Care System (VASNHCS), within VISN 21, is seeking a highly skilled Mental Health / Inpatient Clinical Pharmacy Specialist (CPS) to serve as an advanced practice provider delivering evidence-based comprehensive medication management (CMM) to Veterans in both inpatient mental health and acute care settings. The CPS functions with prescribing privileges under an approved scope of practice and provides direct, indirect, and interdisciplinary clinical care.
