Pharmacy Assistant / Admin / Patient Service HCY

We are looking for motivated individuals to support day-to-day operations in a healthcare setting. Training will be provided. Responsibilities: Assist pharmacists with dispensing preparations (labelling, packing, sorting medications)
Provide frontline patient service, including registration, queue management, and enquiry handling
Perform administrative duties such as data entry, filing, and updating patient records
Manage inventory: stock-taking, replenishment, and storage of medical supplies
Ensure accuracy, confidentiality, and compliance with healthcare regulations
Support the smooth workflow of the pharmacy or clinic operations
Work closely with healthcare professionals to deliver quality service to patients
