Pharmasave Health Centre #064 (Riverside) is looking for a full‑time Pharmacy Assistant to join our team in Penticton, British Columbia .
Patient Focused Care Responsibilities
- Support pharmacists and pharmacy technicians in providing high‑quality patient care
- Greet customers and answer phone calls in a professional manner
- Assist with entering, labelling, and packaging prescriptions under the supervision of a pharmacist or pharmacy technician
- Accurately count, measure, and package medications according to established protocols
- Receive and stock medication and supply shipments, monitor inventory levels, rotate stock, and support inventory audits
- Keep the pharmacy area clean and organized; safely dispose of expired medications and hazardous waste in accordance with regulations
