A few of the primary responsibilities include:
- Providing excellent professional service to customers to build loyalty and repeat business.
- Helping prepare hard copy insurance claims when necessary.
- Obtaining and documenting approval for refill prescriptions from physicians to ensure proper authorization is recorded on all prescriptions.
- With experience; counseling patients on their medications. Works with the Pharmacist Preceptor to learn all functions of the Pharmacist's job. ...
