**Job Description:**
The residency is academically affiliated with Presbyterian College School of Pharmacy. This residency allows the pharmacy resident to build upon their professional skills by providing a variety of patient care services. The primary site for this residency is in Anderson, South Carolina. Additional practice sites for the residency program will be in Laurent, South Carolina at Presbyterian College Community Care Pharmacy and Wellness Center.

Pharmacy residents in this setting will have a direct influence on patient outcomes through participation in patient counseling, immunization services, and medication therapy management services with a specific emphasis on addressing social determinants of health and barriers to care.
