About the Role
We’re looking for an experienced and motivated Pharmacy Retail Manager to join our team at Slade Pharmacy Richmond.
This key leadership role is responsible for managing and leading all front of shop retail operations, including overseeing and training pharmacy assistants, driving customer service excellence, and ensuring efficient day to day retail performance.
You will play a hands-on role on the retail floor, supporting the team, engaging with customers, and ensuring that high quality pharmacy services are consistently delivered.
