Master of Law or Master in Economics, Law and Business Administration.Excellent study results (at least cum laude).Sound basic knowledge of, and proven interest in company law.Excellent knowledge of Dutch is required.Sound knowledge of English and French.Candidates with practical experience are very welcome as well.You will write a doctoral dissertation in the field of corporate law and/or associations law. You may propose a topic in line with your interests, but you will of course be guided in the choice and definition of the topic and the further PhD trajectory.You will offer limited assistance in the teaching (in Dutch!) and other activities of the institute, among others in tutorials, seminars and master theses.You are offered chances to cooperate on joint publications, conferences, etc., both at the Belgian and international level, and you are supported in your own projects.The Jan Ronse Institute for...
