About the role –
The Outreach Worker role will combine assertive street outreach, and working closely with Keystage Housing, Luton Housing Provider.
This role will support individuals to access ResoLUTiONs services, holding a small caseload to proactively support and connect in temporary accommodation, such as Homeless Assessment & Rapid Rehousing Pathway (HARRP), and Signposts. HARRP and Signposts are direct access accommodation options for people leaving rough sleeping.
