Ensure safety compliance and actively participate in quality improvement initiatives and training programs. Requirements
Recognized Diploma in Medical Technology, Nursing, or a Certificate in Phlebotomy. Relevant experience in phlebotomy and ECG processes is preferred. Strong interpersonal and communication skills. Ability to initiate tasks and work effectively within a team setting. Capable of thriving in a fast-paced environment and working independently with minimal supervision.
