Responsibilities
Collect blood samples via venipuncture and capillary techniques

Prepare, label, and document specimens accurately

Ensure patient comfort, privacy, and safety during procedures

Verify patient identity and maintain detailed records

Follow strict hygiene, infection control, and safety protocols

Communicate clearly with patients, especially those nervous or anxious

Transport samples to laboratory according to protocol
Requirements
Certification in Phlebotomy or equivalent healthcare qualification
