Job Description
LabCorp is seeking a **Phlebotomy Supervisor** to join our team in **Reno, NV** .
**Work Schedule:** Monday – Friday hours will vary between 6:00 am – 6:00 pm based on coverage needs; Weekend hours may be required as needed
**Job Responsibilities:**
+ Supervise a team of approximately 25 or more phlebotomists working in Patient Service Centers and/or physician's offices in Carson City, Elko and Reno, NV
+ Manage patient flow, wait times, inventory levels, and information logs
+ Monitor monthly productivity and report any deviations as necessary
+ Coordinate phlebotomists' schedules through resourceful and creative thinking
+ Perform operational duties such as payroll, monthly schedules, and performance appraisals
+ Partner with Human Resources regarding employee relations issues and disciplinary actions
+ Hire and train phlebotomists to fill any open positions
+ Communicate effectively to internal and external customers including pati...
