Job Description

We are presently looking for a Phlebotomy Technician to work with our clients on a stunning Caribbean island. Work and earn tax free salary in a tropical paradise. Your main responsibilities will be to serve patients by selecting the most appropriate methods for specimen collection, preparing samples for laboratory analysis, and conducting diagnostic screening procedures.
Responsibilities 
Verify patient identity by checking identification details.

Collect blood specimens through venipuncture and fingerstick techniques.

Participates in the quality indicators of the department

Follow infection control protocols and safety guidelines.

Provide clear and tactful explanations to patients regarding procedures.

Demonstrate independent thinking and sound judgment in decision-making.

Perform tasks accurately with minimal supervision
