We are looking for an Physical Health Support Worker Lead to join our team at Cygnet Hospital Ealing who is experienced of working within General hospital outpatient clinics.
You will be expected to work 40 hrs a week (Monday - Friday) (9am - 5pm)
As a Physical Health Lead Support Worker, your responsibilities will vary. You will be involved in embedding physical health care policy and promotion, along with supporting a GP clinic, Clozapine clinic and other physical health interventions within the hospital.
