Physical Therapist Assistant

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES.

• Performs Services planned, delegated and supervised by the therapist

• Assists in preparing clinical notes and progress reports
• Participates in educating the patient and family
• Provides services planned, delegated and supervised by the therapist
• Participates in in-service programs
• Must be able to communicate instructions to the patients
• Must be able to establish and maintain effective working relationships with patients and home care staff
• Participates in patient case conferences as requested
• Maintains confidentiality of all patient, Agency and Employee matters
• Attains quarterly goals as established in the annual performance evaluation
• Submits required documentation in a timely manner.
