Physical Therapist Assistant PTA

We are seeking a licensed Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) to work under the supervision of a Physical Therapist to implement individualized treatment plans and deliver high-quality, evidence-based care.

Responsibilities

• Implement treatment plans developed by the supervising PT
• Provide therapeutic exercise, neuromuscular re-education, and functional training
• Perform manual therapy techniques as directed
• Educate patients on home exercise programs
• Monitor progress and communicate updates to PT
• Complete accurate and timely documentation
• Maintain a positive, professional clinic atmosphere

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited PTA program
• Current PTA license (or eligibility) in Arizona
• CPR certification
• Outpatient orthopedic experience preferred but not required
