Job Description
We are seeking a licensed Physical Therapist to join an interdisciplinary care team serving elders in a community-based program.
What sets this role apart:
- Monday-Friday, 8:00am-4:00pm schedule
- No nights, weekends, or on-call
- Geriatric-focused care in adult day health and home settings
- Collaborative, mission-driven interdisciplinary team
Qualifications:
- Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program
- Active Massachusetts PT license
- CPR certification
- 1-2 years of geriatric experience preferred
