We are seeking a dynamic, motivated and team-oriented **Physical Therapist I** to join our neonatal therapy team in our Level IV NICU. This position primarily serves the neonatal patient population, with occasional follow-up on pediatric floors and in the Special Infant Care Clinic. The patient caseload will be complex and variable.

The Physical Therapist is expected to demonstrate strong assessment, critical thinking and clinical reasoning skills. They should be proficient at treatment planning , therapeutic interventions, and collaboration within the multidisciplinary team, consistent with the position’s requirements, professional practice guidelines and ethical standards.
