Physical Therapist in Concord, NC

Deliver vital patient care as part of a dedicated home health therapy team serving adult populations with chronic diseases and post-orthopedic surgery needs. This contract assignment is ideal for physical therapists with at least one year of home health experience and a drive to provide exemplary care across a variety of community settings. Flexibility and strong organizational skills are essential, as you'll manage your own daily schedule of six home visits, traveling an average of 60 to 80 miles per day throughout the service area. Mileage is reimbursed weekly.
Schedule/Hours:
