What You Can Expect as a Physical Therapist in Lifestyle Medicine:
St. Luke's Lifestyle Medicine focuses on using a collaborative care model to provide treatment through medication, coaching and education. A multidisciplinary team with Physicians, RN, RD, RT, PT, and EP's work together to help patients take control of their health through Lifestyle Medicine Including prescribing and supervised care.
* Schedule: Monday-Friday, 7:30AM-4PM
* Collaborate with a multi-disciplinary team
* Work in a clinical environment with cardiac and pulmonary diagnoses
Qualifications:
* Education: Degree from an accredited physical therapy program
* Licenses/Certifications:
* Valid license to practice physical therapy in state of practice
