Physical Therapist

Position Summary

This full-time, on-site Physical Therapist role is based in Bella Vista, AR. The therapist will evaluate patients, develop individualized treatment plans, and deliver evidence-based interventions to improve mobility, strength, and functional independence.

Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough assessments and develop measurable treatment goals.
• Provide therapeutic exercise and manual therapy interventions.
• Educate patients and caregivers on home exercise programs and injury prevention.
• Document assessments, progress notes, and treatment outcomes following clinical and regulatory standards.
• Collaborate closely with physicians, occupational therapists, and other members of the care team.
• Participate in care planning, contribute to quality improvement initiatives, and support a safe, inclusive, patient-centered clinic environment.
