Physical Therapist

Job Description

We are looking for a committed Physical Therapist for part time.

Responsibilities:

• Provide exceptional physical therapy to patients by assessing and understanding care plans and create physical therapy treatment plans
• Documenting visits and updates on the patients care and progress
• Educate caregivers and their families on how to care for the patient
• Making the best judgement on the types of care and services needed for each patient
• Supports company mission by providing the highest quality of home care.

Requirements:

• Proven work experience as a physical therapist
• Graduate degree or greater in physical therapy
• Valid license to practice physical therapy
• Any BILINGUAL skills are a PLUS!
