Position Overview:

The Physical Therapist (PT) is responsible for evaluating, planning, and implementing individualized physical therapy treatments for residents in a skilled nursing facility (SNF). This role focuses on improving mobility, strength, endurance, balance, and overall functional independence to enhance residents’ quality of life.
