PHYSICAL THERAPIST - HOME HEALTH

LOCATION: FAR SOUTHWEST SUBURBS WITH FOCUS ON MIDLOTHIAN, CRESTWOOD, ROBBINS, BLUE ISLAND, CALUMET PARK AND ALSIP

HOURS: DAYS.

Schedule: M-F, Days, 8a-5p. Must be able to rotate weekends as necessary and work 1 summer/1 winter holiday

This position is eligible for a up to a $10,000.00 sign on bonus! You must be working in this same position at time of payout.  Current internal team members are not eligible at this time.
