Work location: Texas Health Sport Medicine-Allen, 1110 Raintree Circle, Ste 1200, Allen, TX 75013

Work hours: Full Time Days for 40 hours per week. Weekend and holiday requirements

+ Monday/Wednesday 7am-3p, Tuesday/Thursday 9a-7p, Friday 8a-5p

Sports Medicine Rehab Clinic highlights:
