Physical Therapist - Travel Contract

You will screen, evaluate, and rehabilitate patients with physical functioning disorders and wound care, and develop appropriate plans of care following regulatory and clinical practice standards. Utilize standardized assessments and evidence-based practice to support clinical interventions, including manual techniques, ambulation, therapeutic exercises, modalities, use of supportive and assistive devices, and wound care. Document treatment minutes and clinical records per regulatory requirements. Communicate patient progress with supervisors and interdisciplinary team members. Participate in patient care conferences, utilization review, and required facility trainings. Supervise or support physical therapist assistants, rehabilitation aides, and students as needed.
