Physical Therapist

Summary Therapist will practice Physical Therapy (PT) at the assigned location throughout STVHCS Geriatrics & Extended Care (GEC) Programs as directed by the assigned Home Based Primary Care (HBPC) supervisor. A PT evaluates patients, plans, provides a full range of treatments designed to improve function through the use of physical modalities, therapeutic exercise, education, prostheses, assistive devices, and any other modality within the scope as outlined by the American Physical Therapy Association.
