Responsibilities

The Physical Therapist (PT) will:
Provide a comprehensive physical therapy program for PACE participants Evaluate and assess participants to determine mobility levels, physical conditions, and functional abilities Provide and recommend therapeutic exercises, gait training, ambulation, and other related therapies Plan and develop individual and group exercise programs for maintenance therapy for participants Develop and oversee functional maintenance programs Communicate data and information to the primary care staff and other Interdisciplinary team members Qualifications: Licensed Physical Therapist in CA CPR/BLS Certification CA driver’s license Master’s degree in Physical Therapy if obtained prior to the year 2000; Doctorate degree in Physical Therapy if obtained after the year 2000 Desired Skills: S...
