Job Details & Requirements
Work Dates Needed: ASAP-8/3/2026 
Preferred Schedule: Tuesday from 6a-4p and Friday from 7a-330p 
Worksite Setting: Onsite Outpatient Health Clinic 
Scope: 8-15 ppd, primary/acute care, all ages
Licenses, Certifications, Requirements: Active OH license, BLS and DEA. Must be able to see all ages. Primary Care experience 
EMR: EPIC
