Who we are: Advanced Radiology Services is one of the largest physician-owned radiology practices in the country. Our practice includes 190 radiologists, 30 advanced practice providers, and 180 employees providing administrative support in our wholly owned subsidiary STARS. What we do: ARS provides exclusive radiology services to more than 60 different sites across the state of Michigan including Corewell Health, Bronson Health and MyMichigan Health.
