Primary Care Physician Opportunity
Conviva Primary Care, a subsidiary of Humana Inc., is looking for a primary care physician for our clinic in Deerfield Beach, Florida. You will have the opportunity to take a hands-on approach, addressing patient needs inside the exam room and look beyond to understand how social determinants of health are affecting health outcomes. As a Primary Care Physician, you will report to our Associate Medical Director. You will be working onsite and in-person at the Deerfield Beach clinic.
The Physician focuses on outpatient medicine, continuity of care, health maintenance, and disease prevention. Keep a medical history and medical records. Refer the patient to specialists.
