* 24-hour STEMI care
* Tele - ICU & Tele- stroke from Sanford Fargo Medical Center
* Acute Stroke Ready Hospital Designation
* Hospitalist program
* 27,000 annual patient volume
* 1.5 average patients per hour
* Scribes
* Limited single coverage – 2 shifts with 4 hours of single coverage
* Full time - thirteen 10-hour shifts
* 15 rooms total + 5 fast track rooms
* Level III trauma center
* Critical care air services
