The Opportunity

This is not a support role—it’s a strategic position at the heart of physician experience and organizational culture. As Physician Engagement Specialist at The Medical City, you will lead initiatives that strengthen relationships with physicians, enhance communication, and foster a culture of collaboration and professional growth.

You will work closely with senior leadership and physician stakeholders to design programs that recognize contributions, support career development, and align physician engagement with enterprise goals. From onboarding to performance evaluation and community building, you’ll help shape how physicians experience and contribute to TMC’s mission.
