Matrix Providers is hiring a Physician Extender - Family Health to join our team of talented professionals who provide health care services to our Military Service Members and their families in at Peterson Space Force Base, Colorado.

• Employment Status: Full-Time
• Schedule: Monday through Friday . The schedule is maintained by clinic personnel based on demands of the clinic and appointments booked that day.
• Compensation: This is an hourly position, paid bi-weekly. $62.66-$67/hr
