Physician - Infectious Disease Silverdale

Summary:
Franciscan Infectious Disease Associates, part of Virginia Mason Franciscan Health, is recruiting a BC/BE Infectious Disease Physician We pride ourselves in practicing high quality, evidence based, and patient centered medicine. Our ideal candidate will be an exceptional clinician with excellent communication skills and a strong commitment to patient-centered care and teamwork.
50/50 split between SJMC and SMMC (need will be opened at SMMC to submit once offers accepted)
Work duties will include hospital rounding and call coverage, primarily weekends, and covering shifts on some holidays and when our full-time physicians are on vacation.
RATE CAPS FOR SUBMISSION:
Malpractice - Must be included in rates.
Orientation - half the hourly/callback rate*** kicks in after 8 hours. Per hour of orientation or training beyond 8 hours
Hourly - under ***Per hour, not OT
Holiday - Must be 1.5x the regular rate*** Per holiday hour, no OT
