Responsibilities Serves as the Telepsychiatry coordinator u nder the direction and supervision of the Chief Psychiatrist, Federal Bureau of Prisons (BOP). Primary duty of this position is to lead, direct, supervise, coordinate, participate in and oversee the functioning and growth of the telepsychiatric services within the BOP. Responsible for providing supervision, orientation, and training to all stand-alone Psychiatrists (telepsychiatrists) at non-medical center locations, and coordinating the workload and psychiatric support efforts between telepsychiatrists and their assigned institutions.
