Job Description
Woolwich Community Health Centre (WCHC), a multi-site health centre with locations in St. Jacobs, Wellesley Linwood and New Hamburg. WCHC requires a Physiotherapist for the New Hamburg site. This position is permanent part-time for 22.5 hours per week (0.6 FTE). The Physiotherapist complements the health centre’s inter‑disciplinary team by providing physiotherapy treatment by assessing, developing, implementing, and evaluating programs for clients with movement disorders and who are consistent with the physiotherapy intake guidelines. This position will be involved in small group education as needed.
