Physiotherapist Team Leader (Medanta Homecare)

Role : Physiotherapy TL – Homecare & Clinic, Gurgaon Location : Gurgaon Department : Homecare Medanta Key Responsibilities: Manage daily operations of homecare and clinic physiotherapy services Plan and Mange rosters, shifts, leave planning, and replacements Ensure optimal therapist utilization and service continuity Handle patient, therapist, and doctor escalations Coordinate with OCC, billing, sales, and operations teams Meet, coordinate, and act as the key liaison with hospital doctors and clinical staff for patient discussions, therapy planning, referrals, and treatment alignment Ensure adherence to clinical protocols, documentation, and quality standards Conduct clinic and field visits to monitor service quality and therapist performance Ensure compliance with clinical SOPs and safety guidelines Support internal audits, clinical reviews, and compliance checks Prepare and share regular MIS and reports on operations, utilization, escalations, and performance Support onboarding, trai...
