Come to join us at Light Transport Aircraft (LTA) FAL and MRO in Seville. With a total of 33 deliveries (FAL & MRO) we offer a wide range of multi-mission solutions adapted to our customer needs. Our strategy and growth is based on Industrialization & deliveries, Operational Excellence System (OES), Digitalization and People.
As OES leader in the Performance & Improvement team, you lead the challenge of setting strategy and goals for LTA FAL and MRO in Seville, cascading these goals and leading all the OES process coordinating improvement actions and projects to reach them.
You’ll have to work with international transversal teams from other plants, representing LTA FAL & MRO, and ensuring the right coordination of standard implementation. At the same time the continuous benchmarking with other plants will help you to implement locally the best practices.
