Responsibilities
- Configure and support PingFederate, PingAccess, PingOne, and PingDirectory environments.
- Set up IdP/SP integrations, policies, authentication flows, and access controls.
- Manage application onboarding and SSO integrations across enterprise platforms.
- Handle access token configuration, authorization policies, and certificate renewals.
- Monitor IAM KPIs, dashboards, alerts, and system health.
- Troubleshoot authentication, authorization, and application access issues.
- Support ServiceNow incidents, requests, and operational activities.
- Participate in 24x7 on-call support rotation using PagerDuty.
