**Requirements/Qualifications/Competence**:
- **Minimum of 8 years’ experience in pipe fitting or related mechanical work.**:
- **3-5+ years exposure to welding support activities (fit-up, preparation, coordination).**:
- Practical understanding of SMAW and FCAW welding processes.
- Proficient in hot and cold cutting methods, including oxy-fuel and plasma cutting.
