Piping Designer Co-op|Mining & Metals

Our Mining Division in Eastern Canada is growing, and we are currently recruiting for a Piping Designer co-op to join our team in the Burlington office. This will be a fall term co-op.

About the role

• Drawing production including generation of piping drawings, isometrics, tie-in lists, valvelistand equipment lists
• Under supervision of a senior designer, deliver drafting according to key deliverables by analyzing specifications, highlighting issues, and preparing detailed drawings in line with project requirements
• Work with other disciplines in the overall assignment to coordinate designs
• Liaise with engineers for direction,specificationsand feedback
• Ensure thatobjectivesrelated to quality, quantity,costand scheduling are met
• Maintain consistent drafting standards across projects by adhering to Ausenco drafting standards
